Job Requirements

  • a high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • previous supervisory experience required
  • previous F&B experience required
  • above average verbal and written communication skills required
  • computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • previous money handling experience with basic math skills required
  • ability to organize, prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ability to make decisions in a stressful environment and accommodate a flexible work schedule
  • ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift 31 - 40 pounds

Job Duties

  • maintains knowledge of F&B and Recreation operations internal functions, controls and software updates and conveys pertinent information to employees regarding policy changes
  • responsible for ensuring employees are trained and developed in F&B and Recreation operations and monitors business flow to develop efficient training, break and shift schedules
  • consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and identifies repeat guests
  • understands PAF and administrative procedures and tracks and records LOAs, vacation time, EOs, call-outs and special requests
  • maintains working knowledge of all recreation amenities and monitors recreation areas to ensure equipment, technology and service standards are maintained and engages technical or maintenance support as needed
  • maintains working knowledge of Top Golf suites, Brunswick Bowling and social games to advise and assist guests
  • completes daily inventory of F&B supplies and recreation equipment and ensures all dining and recreation areas are ready for guest occupancy and places orders as needed
  • ensures efficiency and accurate performance standards by maintaining communication with all work areas to verify paperwork and inventory controls
  • maintains professional rapport and confidentiality communicating with other departments as required
  • assists F&B and Recreation employees at designated outlet locations as needed
  • understands and maintains highest quality of food and service levels
