Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • previous supervisory experience and food and beverage experience
  • above average verbal and written communication skills
  • computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • outstanding guest service skills
  • previous money handling experience
  • ability to organize, prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ability to make decisions in stressful environments
  • accommodate a flexible work schedule
  • ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
  • ability to lift 31-40 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • previous supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • excellent guest service skills
  • previous money handling experience
  • ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • ability to work in stressful environments
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and lift 31-40 pounds

Job Duties

  • Maintains knowledge of F&B and Recreation Operation's internal functions and policy changes
  • ensures employee training and development in F&B and Recreation Operations
  • monitors business flow to schedule breaks and shifts efficiently
  • demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and identifies repeat guests
  • accurately tracks and records leave, vacation, call-outs and special requests
  • monitors all recreational equipment, technology, and service standards
  • engages technical or maintenance support to resolve malfunctions
  • advises and assists guests on Top Golf suites, Brunswick Bowling, and social games
  • completes daily inventory of F&B supplies and recreation equipment
  • ensures all dining locations and recreation areas are ready for guest occupancy
  • maintains communication to verify paperwork and inventory controls
  • maintains confidentiality and rapport with other departments
  • assists F&B and Recreation employees as needed
  • upholds highest quality of food and service levels
