Job Duties
- conducting team pre-shifts and supporting team through service
- managing the guest experience including monitoring guest interactions, responding to complaints and special requests, ensuring quality and accuracy of product and timeliness of service
- managing closing including daily administrative tasks, submitting requisitions, and ensuring side-work is completed
- upholding health, safety, and compliance standards
- coaching and giving direction to team members
- supporting basic management responsibilities
- ensuring teamwork and collaboration among food and beverage staff
