Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years or older
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years experience in food and beverage management
- At least one year supervisory experience in beverage gaming
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong POS operational experience
- Knowledge of government health and food service regulations
- Experience in financial management and budgeting
- Ability to obtain and maintain Nebraska Gaming License
- Certification in ServSafe and TIPS
- Willingness to work days or swing shifts with variable schedules
- Full-time employment availability
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent related experience
- Three years of experience in food and beverage management
- One year of supervisory experience in high volume beverage gaming operation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong POS operational and programming experience
- Knowledge of government health, hotel, or food service regulations
- Proficient in operational financial management and budgeting
- Ability to secure and maintain Nebraska Gaming License
- Certified in ServSafe and TIPS Alcohol Awareness
- Minimum age 19 years or older
Job Duties
- Practice, support, and maintain the mission, vision and values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC
- Provide tools, training, communication and supplies for beverage team to deliver exemplary guest service
- Assist in scheduling beverage team members for adequate coverage
- Monitor par levels and daily inventory of supplies
- Maintain beverage inventory and supplies in line with business demand
- Participate in weekly inventory and assist beverage manager with orders
- Ensure payment and/or comp authorization on all food and beverage items
- Assist in cash register balancing and report discrepancies
- Ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly quality service and beverage preparation
- Comply with S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. training
- Authorize comp transactions
- Develop drink specials and promotions
- Stay updated with beverage service trends
- Attend meetings and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with department rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and local, state, federal laws
- Promote positive public and employee relations
- Perform other assigned duties
