Job Requirements

- Previous supervisory or management experience in Food and Beverage
- College degree or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise the running of the service and take quick and appropriate action to correct any shortcomings
- Assist the servers and bussers when required during all service periods
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Effectively handle guest complaints and compliments and communicate to the management team
- Assist and organize departmental meetings with the management team, carry out daily service briefings, and train team members on service standards
- Work with Restaurant/Bar Managers and Assistant Managers to keep high standards of hygiene, service and presentation in the restaurant and bar, and amongst the staff
- Responsible for duties of the Restaurant/Bar Managers/Assistant Managers in their absence
