Job Requirements

  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills
  • Three to five years experience in the hospitality field, preferably in beverage operations and/or gaming, with at least 1 year supervisory experience or equivalent training
  • Must have successfully completed and maintain certification in ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Training within 120 days of employment
  • Adequate knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit offerings and industry trends
  • Must be able to use a computer and fluent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to understand and communicate Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Must possess a cooperative, helpful, and friendly nature
  • Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process and maintain all licensing requirements
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, hours, and days of the week, including holidays and weekends
  • Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, reaching, bending, and lifting

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise the activities of all bartenders, bar porters, and cocktail servers during a shift
  • Ensure all guests are served in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner
  • Cultivate and enforce company and department policies and procedures
  • Maintain thorough communication between shifts
  • Work well as a team with leaders within Food & Beverage and throughout the property
  • Complete all administrative responsibilities required in the role
  • Monitor business levels and adjust staffing levels as necessary
  • Assist trainers in properly training new team members
  • Assist team members in their duties as needed
  • Maintain awareness of services, promotions, and events and communicate them to team members
  • Maintain high sanitation standards and ensure Board of Health regulations are adhered to
  • Maintain sufficient materials and products in the work location
  • Set high standards by complying with departmental rules, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure all team members are treated fairly and consistently
  • Maintain professional grooming and appearance
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
