Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast paced, upscale Food & Beverage operation
  • Ability to perform essential duties at Forbes/AAA 3/4 Star diamond standards
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage products and equipment
  • Basic math skills and POS system operation
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days
  • OLCC Certification

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an upscale Food & Beverage operation
  • Hospitality experience meeting Forbes/AAA 3/4 Star standards
  • Expertise in Food & Beverage products and equipment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Micros POS preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days
  • OLCC Certification

Job Duties

  • Create an inspiring atmosphere for members, guests, and team members
  • Implement and promote Food & Beverage operations
  • Evaluate products and services continuously
  • Ensure effective training of service teams
  • Lead daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets
  • Maintain quality and service standards
  • Monitor service staff performance
