Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast paced, upscale Food & Beverage operation
- Ability to perform essential duties at Forbes/AAA 3/4 Star diamond standards
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage products and equipment
- Basic math skills and POS system operation
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days
- OLCC Certification
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an upscale Food & Beverage operation
- Hospitality experience meeting Forbes/AAA 3/4 Star standards
- Expertise in Food & Beverage products and equipment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Micros POS preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days
- OLCC Certification
Job Duties
- Create an inspiring atmosphere for members, guests, and team members
- Implement and promote Food & Beverage operations
- Evaluate products and services continuously
- Ensure effective training of service teams
- Lead daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets
- Maintain quality and service standards
- Monitor service staff performance
