Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • two years minimum serving experience
  • ability to promote and sell products or services
  • ability to work independently and prioritize duties
  • active listening, critical thinking, decision making, time management and supervisory skills
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
  • ability to work varied schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • possess or obtain valid RBS and Certified Food Handlers Card

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to handle alcoholic beverages
  • minimum two years of serving experience
  • ability to promote and sell products or services
  • ability to work independently and prioritize duties
  • active listening, critical thinking, decision making, time management, training and supervisory skills
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
  • ability to work varied schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • possess or obtain valid RBS and Certified Food Handlers Card
  • F&B supervisory experience preferred
  • bilingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Practice OSHA standards and comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • train and schedule employees to ensure proper coverage
  • monitor performance and recommend corrective action
  • alert management of potentially serious issues
  • respond in a prompt and professional manner to guest requests and complaints
  • make appropriate service recovery gestures to ensure guest satisfaction
  • oversee check and credit policies and procedures
  • inspect restaurants daily for quality food, presentation, and cleanliness
  • conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events and specials
  • ensure side work duties are complete and tables are set before, during, and after operating hours
  • promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
  • routinely greet guests and serve food and beverage
  • create or revise standard operating procedures as per business needs
  • approve timesheets daily
  • perform any other duties as assigned
