Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of food and beverage experience
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, bar, or banquet operations a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and team coordination skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s)
  • Assist with training and onboarding new team members
  • Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets are met
  • Monitor dining areas, bar stations, and service flow during peak periods
  • Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage as needed
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Support inventory, ordering, and restocking processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
