Job Duties
- Maintaining dining areas of service according to the brand's quality and service standards
- provides ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to hourly staff
- conducts walk through of dining and storage areas to ensure all areas are clean and organized
- covering extra shifts as required in the case of staff shortage to ensure service standards are maintained
- ensures all policies and procedures as they relate to quality standards, uniform policy, cash handling, and quality presentation
- other duties as assigned
