Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous F&B experience required
- supervisory experience preferred
- working knowledge of food sanitation and food handling
- understanding of VA ABC laws and regulations
- flexible availability including weekends, nights, holidays, and periods of high demand
- dependability and reliability with above par attendance
- excellent customer-service and communication skills

Job Duties
- providing next-level service to guests
- providing guest service training and departmental orientation for new team members
- working with F&B managers to provide on-going training and development for all employees
- ensuring that the restaurant is set up and ready for service
- overseeing side work responsibilities, as well as opening and closing duties
- reviewing the work activities of team members to ensure that all is being performed within the standards established by management
- coordinating with other F&B supervisors and F&B managers on work schedules, purchasing, and inventory control
- directing team members in sanitation and sanitary food handling
- creating and fostering an environment of support and motivation for team members
- recognizing team members by using Omni Service Cards
- assisting F&B managers in reviewing activities in all reporting areas to gauge and improve staffing levels, working conditions and other matters which influence quality guest service and profitability
- assisting F&B team and F&B managers with effectively resolving problems and addressing concerns with guests, vendors, and fellow team members
- working with the culinary team to ensure the food prepared meets the quality and expectations of guests and management
