Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds
- Availability to work AM/PM shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food and beverage service or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Ability to manage inventory and supplies
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Assist Director of Food and Beverage in all phases of restaurant and bar/lounge operations
- Ensure highest quality standards for food, beverage, service, cleanliness, and maintenance
- Supervise staff and provide coaching, counseling, and discipline when needed
- Maintain inventories of equipment, amenities, chemicals, and supplies
- Consult with Engineering Department for projects and maintenance
- Perform line employee job functions during high volume and emergency situations
- Implement procedures and operating plans as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage
