Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or attractions
- valid Food Handler’s License or ability to obtain prior to start
- strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate a team
- knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
- proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and basic reporting
- guest-first mindset with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- flexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, fun, team-focused environment

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the café or bar, ensuring consistent quality in food preparation, beverage service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- lead by example to create a positive, guest-obsessed culture and deliver world-class service
- manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships while minimizing waste and controlling costs
- ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards, maintaining detailed records and audit readiness
- develop team schedules, forecast labor needs, and support effective cost management
- train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve KPIs, maintain operational standards, and provide exceptional guest experiences
- drive sales performance through upselling, product knowledge, and incentive programs
