Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or attractions
  • valid Food Handler’s License or ability to obtain prior to start
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate a team
  • knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
  • proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and basic reporting
  • guest-first mindset with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • flexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, fun, team-focused environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the café or bar, ensuring consistent quality in food preparation, beverage service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • lead by example to create a positive, guest-obsessed culture and deliver world-class service
  • manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships while minimizing waste and controlling costs
  • ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards, maintaining detailed records and audit readiness
  • develop team schedules, forecast labor needs, and support effective cost management
  • train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve KPIs, maintain operational standards, and provide exceptional guest experiences
  • drive sales performance through upselling, product knowledge, and incentive programs
