Job Requirements
- Primarily a mix of PM and AM shifts
- high school diploma or equivalent education
- minimum of 2 years of employment in the food & beverage industry
- prior restaurant experience
- prior hotel experience is a plus
- highly organized and detail-oriented
- exceptional guest-focus

Job Duties
- Achieve customer satisfaction and compliance with policies/procedures in the F&B departments
- train, coach, and assist associates in the F&B operations
- monitor performance and recommend corrective action
- respond to customer needs and rectify any guest issues
- oversee cash handling and check/credit policies and procedures
- conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events
- promote teamwork and quality service
- routinely greet guests, serve food and beverage, and service other F&B departments
