Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
  • Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver for entire shift
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior experience in food and beverage supervision
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution professionally
  • Friendly and dependable personality

Job Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience in bar or restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards
  • Familiarity with state and federal liquor laws
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee casino cafe and bar floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Train, evaluate, and monitor food and beverage staff performance
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage coverage during breaks
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal liquor laws
  • Resolve guest conflicts and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies and gaming regulations
  • Support and assist employees during service to maintain flow and quality
