Job Duties
- Oversee casino cafe and bar floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Train, evaluate, and monitor food and beverage staff performance
- Schedule staff shifts and manage coverage during breaks
- Maintain compliance with state and federal liquor laws
- Resolve guest conflicts and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and gaming regulations
- Support and assist employees during service to maintain flow and quality
