Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service
- Train, supervise, and assist in hiring staff to deliver a high level of service that aligns with the club's standards
- Schedule and manage the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage team
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
- Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for food and beverage supplies
- Establish and maintain relationships with food and beverage vendors
- Implement strategies to control costs and minimize waste
- Collaborate with the events team to help support banquets, weddings, and special events as needed
