Job Requirements
- abilities demonstrated in handling the banquets and food outlet effectiveness to include kitchen staff and foh staff

Job Qualifications
- ability to read write speak and understand recipes and communicate with other team members
- high school diploma or ged equivalence
- three-year minimum experience in food preparation and food knowledge preferred
- prior experience in both front and back of house positions preferred
- able to complete any classes or certifications required
- able to obtain a valid racing license
Job Duties
- manage daily food and beverage shift operations consisting of food servers bartenders bar backs host and beverage servers
- assist the food and beverage manager with the development and improvement of menu items
- ensure adherence to food and beverage safety regulations
- monitor the flow of service and needs of bar serving and culinary staff to do their jobs effectively
- adhere to control procedures for food costs and quality
- verify that all sanitation and nutrition practices are maintained by food and beverage staff
- prepare written food requisition for supplies and food items for production in the workstation inventory
- assist in development of team members conduct interviews and participate in the selection hiring coaching retention and termination process
- manage scheduling and payroll for all front of house staff
- ensure the safety and security of team members and guests assist with implementing programs and processes to reduce lost time injuries
- resolve guest complaints regarding food quality and service
- provide excellent guest service
- perform other duties as assigned
