Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage industry
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and early mornings
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and positive approach toward guests, coworkers, and management

Job Duties

  • Supervise breakfast attendants and provide performance feedback
  • Oversee preparation and service of complimentary breakfast daily and weekly evening social event
  • Assist with setup and management of the hotel's meeting space
  • Support Sales Director in selling and coordinating meeting space usage
  • Train staff in technical skills, food handling, and service protocols
  • Maintain food and beverage supplies organization and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health department requirements
