Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage industry
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and early mornings
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and positive approach toward guests, coworkers, and management

Job Duties
- Supervise breakfast attendants and provide performance feedback
- Oversee preparation and service of complimentary breakfast daily and weekly evening social event
- Assist with setup and management of the hotel's meeting space
- Support Sales Director in selling and coordinating meeting space usage
- Train staff in technical skills, food handling, and service protocols
- Maintain food and beverage supplies organization and inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health department requirements
