Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Arizona liquor server certification
Arizona food handlers certification
previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift moderate weights
availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
strong communication skills
reliable transportation

Job Duties

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
ensure the proper set up of all stations in the assigned outlet
have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
set up and striking of event space, prior and post-event
other duties as assigned
