Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management role
- preferred casino experience
- valid Food Handlers Certification
- valid Responsible Beverage Server Certification
- willingness to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification within 30 days of employment
Job Duties
- Support F&B Manager and Director in implementing departmental processes and procedures
- act with integrity, confidentiality, and honesty promoting company culture
- facilitate a positive and safe workplace environment
- train new hires on company standards and procedures
- ensure team members understand company policies, including attendance and conduct
- complete and issue records or corrective actions
- handle payroll responsibilities as needed
- conduct timely evaluations per company handbook
- monitor and ensure timely arrival of staff, managing scheduling conflicts
- assign tasks to maintain cleanliness and stock supplies
- recognize and celebrate exemplary team performance
- address and resolve guest concerns related to food, beverage, or team member interactions adhering to company policy
- actively resolve issues while upholding company standards
