Job Requirements

  • Proven leadership and experience managing diverse team
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • capability to assess situations quickly while adhering to policies
  • proficiency in using company systems and software with troubleshooting skills
  • effective prioritization of daily tasks amidst unforeseen challenges
  • flexibility to fill in during staffing shortages
  • open availability including weekends, holidays, and all shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management role
  • preferred casino experience
  • valid Food Handlers Certification
  • valid Responsible Beverage Server Certification
  • willingness to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification within 30 days of employment

Job Duties

  • Support F&B Manager and Director in implementing departmental processes and procedures
  • act with integrity, confidentiality, and honesty promoting company culture
  • facilitate a positive and safe workplace environment
  • train new hires on company standards and procedures
  • ensure team members understand company policies, including attendance and conduct
  • complete and issue records or corrective actions
  • handle payroll responsibilities as needed
  • conduct timely evaluations per company handbook
  • monitor and ensure timely arrival of staff, managing scheduling conflicts
  • assign tasks to maintain cleanliness and stock supplies
  • recognize and celebrate exemplary team performance
  • address and resolve guest concerns related to food, beverage, or team member interactions adhering to company policy
  • actively resolve issues while upholding company standards
