Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years experience in food & beverage management preferred
  • Ability to stand, move, and walk up to one mile during shifts
  • Ability to climb stairs and sit at a workstation for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry or move goods weighing up to 25 pounds intermittently
  • Willingness to work in environments with moderate to high noise levels
  • Ability to adhere to tribal ordinances, internal control systems, and standard operating procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years experience in food & beverage management preferred
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and compliance
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage staff and coordinate daily outlet operations
  • Basic administrative skills including inventory control and payroll processing

Job Duties

  • Monitor day-to-day F&B outlet operations and take needed action to ensure standards of product presentation and service are being maintained
  • Supervise staff within an assigned outlet to ensure quality and service levels are being met
  • Assure F&B areas are maintained in accordance with company standards as well as all applicable regulations
  • Assist in developing and managing adherence to departmental policies and procedures
  • Ensure quality control of product and service
  • Assist in maximizing the revenues of the outlet or bar while minimizing operating costs
  • Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate special arrangements and requests for F&B outlets
