Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years experience in food & beverage management preferred
- Ability to stand, move, and walk up to one mile during shifts
- Ability to climb stairs and sit at a workstation for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry or move goods weighing up to 25 pounds intermittently
- Willingness to work in environments with moderate to high noise levels
- Ability to adhere to tribal ordinances, internal control systems, and standard operating procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years experience in food & beverage management preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and compliance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and coordinate daily outlet operations
- Basic administrative skills including inventory control and payroll processing
Job Duties
- Monitor day-to-day F&B outlet operations and take needed action to ensure standards of product presentation and service are being maintained
- Supervise staff within an assigned outlet to ensure quality and service levels are being met
- Assure F&B areas are maintained in accordance with company standards as well as all applicable regulations
- Assist in developing and managing adherence to departmental policies and procedures
- Ensure quality control of product and service
- Assist in maximizing the revenues of the outlet or bar while minimizing operating costs
- Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate special arrangements and requests for F&B outlets
