Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or credited courses in business or hospitality
  • Minimum two years experience in food and beverage with at least one year in a supervisor or lead position
  • Knowledge in all aspects of the Silver Reef F and B areas
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of computers and registers or P O S systems
  • Must be a motivator and demonstrate superior customer relations
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Class III license
  • WSLCB class mast permit
  • Food worker permit

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manages the department on assigned shift including administrative and secretarial work interviews and maintaining products supplies and equipment
  • Ensures compliance with all regulations regarding health and safety for employees and customers
  • Gives superior customer service at all times
  • Ensures food quality and quantity in food service areas
  • Trains subordinates
  • Delegates work and cleaning duties
  • Prepares daily reports
  • Makes recommendations to improve menu offerings service and procedures
  • Monitors food temperatures and times on precooked food
  • Performs other duties as requested
