- ability to use an iPAD with POS system
- valid Food Handlers Certificate

Job Duties
- Assist Ala Carte Service staff and banquet events throughout the dining experience
- provide quality customer service and anticipate guest needs
- run food, pre-buss tables, serve water, maintain tables, and provide coffee service
- set up, break down, clear, and clean dining room tables and chairs
- remove dirty dishes and glassware and take them to the kitchen or dish pit
- reset and restock tables and service areas according to standards and maintain a safe, sanitary environment
- keep side stations filled and restock small wares, condiments, and polished silverware
- seat guests and run food according to seating charts
- attend pre-shift meetings and follow daily checklists
- greet and seat new guests offering water
- be knowledgeable of menus, specials, seating charts, and venues
