  • up to one-month related experience or training
  • ability to use an iPAD with POS system
  • valid Food Handlers Certificate
  • Restaurant Compliance Solutions certification

Job Duties

  • Assist Ala Carte Service staff and banquet events throughout the dining experience
  • provide quality customer service and anticipate guest needs
  • run food, pre-buss tables, serve water, maintain tables, and provide coffee service
  • set up, break down, clear, and clean dining room tables and chairs
  • remove dirty dishes and glassware and take them to the kitchen or dish pit
  • reset and restock tables and service areas according to standards and maintain a safe, sanitary environment
  • keep side stations filled and restock small wares, condiments, and polished silverware
  • seat guests and run food according to seating charts
  • attend pre-shift meetings and follow daily checklists
  • greet and seat new guests offering water
  • be knowledgeable of menus, specials, seating charts, and venues
