Job Requirements
- Less than high school education
- Up to one-month related experience or training
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate
- Restaurant Compliance Solutions (RCS) certification
- Ability to use an iPad with POS system
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple sentences
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages and ratios
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
- Frequent standing, walking and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends

Job Duties
- Assist the ala carte service staff and banquet events throughout the dining experience
- Provide quality customer service and anticipate guest needs
- Assist servers in running food, pre-bussing, water service, table maintenance, and coffee service
- Set up, break down, clear, and clean dining room tables and chairs
- Remove dirty dishes and glassware and take them to the kitchen/dish pit
- Reset and restock tables and service areas
- Keep side stations filled and ensure silverware is polished and rolled
- Seat guests and run food according to seating charts
- Attend pre-shift meetings and follow daily task checklists
- Ensure new guests receive immediate attention by greeting and seating
- Be knowledgeable of menus, specials, seating charts and venues
