Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and neat workstation and equipment, and conduct thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
- Prioritize guests and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with their experience
- Communicate appropriately with co-workers, treating others fairly and with respect
- Respond positively to feedback and direction
- Take accountability for responsibilities during shifts
- Adhere to schedules and arrive ready to work on time
- Respond urgently to guest needs and resolve problems
- Stock items such as plates, wraps, napkins, cups, lids at workstation
- Take orders at the Counter POS and handle payments if applicable
- Follow speed of service standards
- Serve and communicate with guests
- Maintain a guest-focused culture
- Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
- Organize and maintain stockroom and refrigerated areas
