Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to manage a team up to 35 employees
  • Willingness to work lunch and dinner shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • Availability for in-person interviews in Hawaii
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Proficiency with POS and inventory control systems
  • Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of restaurant management experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Experience managing a team of up to 35 employees
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent decision-making and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of food production processes and restaurant safety policies
  • Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Inspire, motivate, and educate employees to achieve high performance while treating all team members with care and respect

  • Manage stock control and supplier relations
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and hygiene regulations

  • Embrace technological innovations such as POS and inventory control systems to increase efficiency
  • Promote a positive work environment and develop internal talent for promotion
