Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to manage a team up to 35 employees
- Willingness to work lunch and dinner shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 50 hours per week
- Availability for in-person interviews in Hawaii
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficiency with POS and inventory control systems
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
