Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in restaurant or food service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Must obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License
- Must comply with all Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino policies and regulations
- Access to reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Restaurant experience, preferred
- Guest service experience, preferred
- Strong communication skills in English both written and oral
- Spanish or other language skills a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with management and staff
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, stressful environment
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and multi-task
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and guest service skills
- Positive attitude with strong organizational qualities
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures
- Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions
- Deliver food orders to customers rapidly and accurately
- Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
- Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food before leaving the table
- Handle various impromptu requests from customers
- Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and MAD skills
- Manage and maintain security of confidential information entrusted to position
- Attend and satisfactorily complete all required training as assigned
- Monitor compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements, Title 31 requirements and IRS Currency Transaction Reports and property established Anti-Money Laundering policies
- Maintain accurate MTL, MIL, CTR and SAR as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
