Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Safe Server Alcohol and Food Handlers certification required
- Ability to provide and maintain a valid drivers license
- High school or equivalent education
- 3-5 years Food & Beverage operation experience
- 1-2 years management experience
- Culinary, sales, and service background
- Must maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Regular attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to push and pull carts and equipment up to 250 lbs
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Proficient with computer programs and calculations
- Knowledge of employment laws and safety regulations
- Self-motivated and independent
- Ability to work varying schedules and attend trainings

Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years Food & Beverage operation experience
- 1-2 years management experience
- Culinary, sales, and service background

- Considerable knowledge of mathematical calculations and computer programs

Job Duties
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the F&B outlet to meet daily operational needs
- Support and supervise the hotel F&B outlet closely with hotel management
- Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers for timely seasonal food rollout
- Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual inventories and submit reports to accounting
- Lead and coach team to achieve exceptional guest service and staff satisfaction
- Develop and monitor schedules to achieve profitability
- Collaborate with culinary team to create attractive and merchandising menus
- Monitor hotel activities and troubleshoot problems
- Perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health standards
- Consult with Director of Sales and Marketing and other departments
- Manage payroll and attendance for F&B staff
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs effectively
- Establish and achieve profit objectives and quality standards
- Conduct orders for food and beverage supplies
- Participate in hotel programs for continuous improvement and long-range planning
- Review and evaluate customer acceptance and recommend policy changes
- Evaluate and encourage staff performance improvement
- Plan and administer training and development programs
- Maintain quality and consistency of food products
- Select, train, and develop staff
- Implement operational plans with performance indicators
- Participate in hiring and staff appraisal processes
- Provide and supervise training for new and existing staff
- Serve as a role model adhering to policies and standards
- Maintain communication and high morale within staff
- Be familiar with company policies and benefits
- Perform all other duties assigned by management
