Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum two years of Food and Beverage experience
- minimum two years previous supervisory experience
- ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to perform mathematical calculations including rate, ratio, and percent
- flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to present information and respond to questions effectively
- must complete ServSafe Alcohol certification course
- valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history

- ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues diplomatically
- strong written communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- support and administer operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives
- adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager on scheduling concerns
- assist in budget process and ensure compliance with departmental budget initiatives
- promote and demonstrate superior customer service and address service issues promptly
- enforce all gaming laws and regulations applicable to the Food & Beverage Department
- assist in maintaining food service procedures and inspect menu items
- support assistant managers in ensuring efficient and sanitary service
- monitor cost control methods, pars, and inventory during shifts
- assist with administrative duties as assigned
- ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues
- maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
- develop and implement staff training programs
- manage rewards and recognition programs
- evaluate team members and provide performance feedback
- recommend staffing, interviewing, hiring, and scheduling to meet business needs
- manage work procedures and expedite workflow
- discipline, coach, and counsel employees as necessary
