Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years of food and beverage experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Ability to interact diplomatically with guests, staff, and colleagues
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to perform arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions
- Must complete ServSafe Alcohol certification
- Must possess valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history
- Ability to read and interpret documents in English
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to lift and move weight up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, reach, talk, hear, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, kneel, and balance during work
- Work environment may include moderate noise and exposure to secondhand tobacco smoke
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- Support and manage operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives
- Coordinate scheduling and address scheduling concerns with management
- Assist in departmental budget processes and ensure compliance with budget initiatives
- Promote and enforce superior customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws and regulations applicable to Food & Beverage operations
- Maintain procedures for food service and inspect menu items for customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining cost control methods and inventory management
- Assist Food & Beverage Outlet Assistant Manager with administrative duties
- Ensure regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility and report issues
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and departmental matters
- Develop and manage staff training and rewards programs
- Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Recommend staffing actions including interviewing, hiring, and scheduling
- Manage work procedures and expedite workflow
- Provide coaching, disciplining, and counseling for employee performance
