Job Requirements
- Ability to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations
- must obtain First Aid/AED certification
- must successfully complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training
- valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
- ability to read, interpret, and communicate in English
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
- physical capability to stand regularly and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field
- two years of food and beverage experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum two years previous supervisory experience
- ability to interact with guests and staff diplomatically
- strong report writing and business correspondence skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- effective presentation skills
- ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphical data
- flexible availability for all shifts including holidays and overtime
Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- create efficient schedules maintaining labor costs and achieving guest satisfaction
- assist in budget planning and ensure compliance with departmental budget initiatives
- promote and demonstrate superior customer service standards
- enforce gaming laws and regulations applicable to the Food & Beverage Department
- assist in developing food service procedures and inspect menu items
- support efficient, sanitary service delivery
- monitor cost control methods and inventory
- assist Food & Beverage Manager with administrative tasks
- ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues
- maintain confidentiality in departmental and company matters
