Job Requirements

  • Associates degree in related field
  • minimum two years previous supervisory experience
  • ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically
  • ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • math skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • flexible to work various shifts including holidays, nights, weekends and overtime
  • proficiency in Microsoft applications Excel, Word and Outlook
  • ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
  • must obtain First Aid/AED certification
  • successful completion of C.A.R.E or TIPS training
  • possess valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
  • ability to qualify for required licenses and permits as per regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree (A.A) in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • minimum two years of Food and Beverage experience
  • at least two years of supervisory experience
  • ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
  • proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • ability to present information effectively to groups

Job Duties

  • Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shifts
  • create efficient schedules while maintaining labor costs
  • assist in department budget processes and compliance
  • promote and ensure superior customer service
  • ensure knowledge and enforcement of gaming laws and regulations
  • assist in food service procedure development and menu quality inspections
  • support sanitary and pleasant service for guests
  • monitor cost control methods and inventory
  • assist with administrative duties assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager
  • ensure compliance with regulatory standards and report issues
  • maintain confidentiality in departmental and company matters
