Job Requirements
- Associates degree in related field
- minimum two years previous supervisory experience
- ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- math skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- flexible to work various shifts including holidays, nights, weekends and overtime
- proficiency in Microsoft applications Excel, Word and Outlook
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- must obtain First Aid/AED certification
- successful completion of C.A.R.E or TIPS training
- possess valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
- ability to qualify for required licenses and permits as per regulations
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree (A.A) in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum two years of Food and Beverage experience
- at least two years of supervisory experience
- ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
- proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to present information effectively to groups
Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shifts
- create efficient schedules while maintaining labor costs
- assist in department budget processes and compliance
- promote and ensure superior customer service
- ensure knowledge and enforcement of gaming laws and regulations
- assist in food service procedure development and menu quality inspections
- support sanitary and pleasant service for guests
- monitor cost control methods and inventory
- assist with administrative duties assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager
- ensure compliance with regulatory standards and report issues
- maintain confidentiality in departmental and company matters
