Job Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years food and beverage experience
- Minimum two years supervisory experience
- Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to qualify for required licenses and permits
- First Aid/AED certification
- Completion of C.A.R.E or TIPS training
Job Qualifications

- Ability to interact effectively with guests and staff
- Skills in writing reports and business correspondence
- Numeracy skills including percentage and ratio calculations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Ability to present information clearly to various audience levels
Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- Create and maintain effective staff schedules while controlling labor costs
- Assist in departmental budget planning and monitor budget compliance
- Promote and enforce superior customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws and food service regulations
- Maintain procedures for food service quality and inspect menu items
- Support F&B Outlet Manager in sanitary and pleasant guest service
- Monitor inventory and cost control measures
- Assist with administrative duties
- Report regulatory compliance issues promptly
- Maintain confidentiality in company matters
