Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent
- two years Food and Beverage experience
- minimum two years supervisory experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and overtime
- proficiency in Microsoft applications
- ability to perform basic math calculations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- must qualify for required licenses and permits
- must obtain First Aid/AED certification
- must complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training
- valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
Job Qualifications

- ability to interact with guests, staff and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- create effective schedules maintaining labor costs and guest satisfaction
- assist in department budgeting and report budget concerns
- actively promote superior customer service and ensure standards are followed
- enforce compliance with gaming laws and F&B regulations
- help maintain food service procedures and menu quality
- monitor cost control methods and inventory
- assist with administrative duties
- ensure regulatory compliance and report issues
- maintain departmental confidentiality
