Job Requirements

  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of food and beverage experience
  • At least two years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Strong math skills including computation of ratios and percentages
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays and overtime
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must qualify for required licenses and permits
  • Obtain First Aid/AED certification
  • Complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree (A.A.) in a related field or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of food and beverage experience
  • At least two years of previous supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present information effectively to groups
  • Skilled in basic math including fractions, ratios, and percentages
  • Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of gaming laws and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with First Aid/AED certification and safety protocols
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
  • Completion of C.A.R.E or TIPS training

Job Duties

  • Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
  • Create efficient staff schedules while controlling labor costs and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Assist in the budgeting process and provide financial recommendations
  • Promote and enforce superior customer service standards
  • Ensure compliance with gaming laws and company policies
  • Develop and maintain food service procedures and monitor menu quality
  • Assist in cost control by managing inventory and pars
  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager with administrative tasks
  • Monitor and enforce regulatory compliance and report issues
  • Maintain confidentiality in all departmental matters
  • Lead staff training and development programs
  • Manage rewards and recognition initiatives
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
  • Recommend staffing needs including hiring and scheduling
  • Oversee work procedures and workflow efficiency
  • Provide coaching and counseling to team members
