Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum four years of relevant food and beverage management experience
  • alcohol awareness certification preferred
  • strong knowledge of accounting and budgeting
  • ability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • leadership and coaching abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
  • compliance with local, state, and national regulations
  • legal authorization to work
  • physical ability to perform job duties
  • flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • high school education plus degree in culinary arts, hotel and restaurant management, or related field
  • four or more years of related experience
  • alcohol awareness certification preferred
  • familiarity with hospitality industry, bartender practices, and Starbucks procedures preferred
  • strong accounting and budgeting knowledge
  • proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Direct food and beverage standards and procedures
  • manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • respond to guest needs and resolve complaints
  • supervise recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of staff
  • develop and manage the food and beverage budget and marketing plans
  • enforce safety, sanitary, and emergency procedures
  • conduct daily operational walk-throughs and asset management
  • provide leadership and maintain compliance with brand standards and regulations
  • maintain effective communication with staff and management
  • compile and analyze reports and perform administrative tasks
