Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum four years of relevant food and beverage management experience
- alcohol awareness certification preferred
- strong knowledge of accounting and budgeting
- ability to handle guest complaints effectively
- leadership and coaching abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
- compliance with local, state, and national regulations
- legal authorization to work
- physical ability to perform job duties
- flexibility to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school education plus degree in culinary arts, hotel and restaurant management, or related field
- four or more years of related experience
- alcohol awareness certification preferred
- familiarity with hospitality industry, bartender practices, and Starbucks procedures preferred
- strong accounting and budgeting knowledge
- proven leadership and supervisory skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to travel as needed
Job Duties
- Direct food and beverage standards and procedures
- manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- respond to guest needs and resolve complaints
- supervise recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of staff
- develop and manage the food and beverage budget and marketing plans
- enforce safety, sanitary, and emergency procedures
- conduct daily operational walk-throughs and asset management
- provide leadership and maintain compliance with brand standards and regulations
- maintain effective communication with staff and management
- compile and analyze reports and perform administrative tasks
