Job Requirements
- Education at minimum of associate's degree preferred
- Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Experience in operations management including purchasing
- Excellent communication skills
- Competency with computer software including MS Office
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively

Job Duties
- Responsible for operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
- Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
- Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and client as well as other departments within the operation
- Manages and leads a team of associates
- Oversees day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account
- Manages client relations and addresses any concerns promptly
- Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
