Job Requirements
- High school diploma at minimum
- Additional certificate in hospitality or a similar field is a plus
- Three years of supervisory experience in hospitality
- Two years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to perform under pressure

Job Duties
- Interview, hire, train, and schedule food and beverage employees
- Collaborate with food and beverage managers in the creation of new menus
- Regularly review and evaluate the individual restaurants and banquet service to recommend new operating and marketing policies
- Continuously evaluate the performance and encourage the improvement of the associates in the food and beverage department
- Clearly describe, assign and delegate for the operation of the various food and beverage sub-departments
