Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of food & beverage management experience
- proven success in a high-volume bar or nightlife environment
- heavy bar operations experience
- experience supporting or executing events, promotions, or venue activations
- ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations
- strong communication, follow-through, and team leadership skills
- ability to take direction, prioritize effectively, and adapt during peak and seasonal volume
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Execute daily food & beverage operations in alignment with direction from the Food & Beverage Director
- lead front-of-house bar operations with a strong focus on service execution and guest engagement
- support high-volume service periods, maintaining speed, quality, and consistency
- assist in the planning, execution, and on-site leadership of events, live entertainment, promotions, and activations
- partner with leadership as we expand event offerings and increase seasonal bookings
- coach and develop bartenders, servers, and support staff, reinforcing service and safety standards
- collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director on staffing, scheduling, labor management, and cost controls
- ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, safety standards, and company policies
- maintain a strong floor presence leading by example and escalating issues appropriately
- contribute to a positive, inclusive culture aligned with Pyramid values and Jimmy B's brand
