Job Duties
- manage daily operations
- monitor food outlets during hours of operation to ensure quality service
- be highly visible and interact with guests and associates
- react quickly to items of concern
- maintain safety and sanitation standards by adhering to local and state regulations
- post and check side work duties daily
- create and implement cleaning schedules
- ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- maintain restaurant and bar equipment through checklists and work orders
- complete weekly inspections
