Job Duties

  • manage daily operations
  • monitor food outlets during hours of operation to ensure quality service
  • be highly visible and interact with guests and associates

  • maintain safety and sanitation standards by adhering to local and state regulations
  • post and check side work duties daily
  • create and implement cleaning schedules
  • ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages
  • maintain restaurant and bar equipment through checklists and work orders
  • complete weekly inspections
