Job Requirements

  • Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Fluency in other languages is beneficial
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work within POS, PMS, CRM, and other hospitality-specific software systems
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred but not required
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts using basic math
  • Must have at least one year of supervisory experience in food service operations
  • Prior hotel experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
  • Observe guest reactions and collaborate with team members to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints effectively
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, barista and kitchen
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards
  • Create schedules for food and beverage teams
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation
  • Address customer complaints and respond to reviews
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
  • Foster a customer-centric culture and implement guest feedback improvements
  • Manage food and beverage budgets, cost controls, and financial parameters
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel features, policies, and software systems
  • Collaborate with chefs and marketing teams on menus, events, and loyalty programs
  • Provide training and support for POS and reservation systems
  • Participate in recruitment, advancement, and recognition of team members
  • Assist with team member relations and disciplinary matters
  • Develop and oversee cleaning schedules for outlets
  • Monitor team members' guest interactions and service
  • Prepare and adjust weekly work schedules
  • Coordinate breaks and assign duties
  • Support team members in job functions without exceeding 50% of time
