Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure service excellence
  • develop and implement service procedures, policies, and standards
  • maintain accurate records and document customer service interactions
  • take ownership of customer issues and ensure resolution
  • mentor, train, and develop staff members fostering an empowering work environment
  • manage workflow and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • lead weekly management meetings and communicate relevant information to the team
  • participate in staff discipline processes with proper documentation
  • identify and resolve operational issues promptly
  • adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy, and demanding environment while upholding professionalism
  • maintain a flexible schedule including day, evening, and weekend hours as required
