Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure service excellence

- maintain accurate records and document customer service interactions

- manage workflow and prioritize tasks efficiently
- lead weekly management meetings and communicate relevant information to the team
- participate in staff discipline processes with proper documentation
