Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- a minimum of three years of experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry
- must have valid Food Handler’s card and be TIPS certified
- must have current ServeSafe Manager certification
- availability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- ability to stand and remain active for the duration of the shift
- demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- ability to follow verbal instructions and complete tasks within required timeframes
- ability to make quick, accurate decisions under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- a minimum of three years of experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry
- proven track record of managing successful F&B operations in a hotel setting
- experience in budgeting and financial management for F&B departments
- demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of F&B professionals
- must have valid Food Handler’s card and be TIPS certified
- must have current ServeSafe Manager certification
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent organizational and time management abilities
- proficiency in inventory management and cost control strategies
- strong understanding of health and safety regulations in food service
- exceptional customer service skills
- proficient in using F&B management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- strong verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Develop and implement food and beverage strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance guest satisfaction
- oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar and coffee bar
- manage and lead the F&B FOH and BOH team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards
- lead the culinary team to design innovative menus that meet customer preferences and budgetary constraints
- monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B areas
- analyze financial reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
