Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Some college coursework preferred
  • Minimum of one year of management experience in Food and Beverage operations or a related hospitality environment required
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of Food and Beverage operations including financial controls, staff management, and facilities oversight
  • Understands safe food handling procedures and responsible alcohol service requirements
  • Demonstrates ability to direct and maintain a safe, secure, and compliant operating environment
  • Communicates clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Exhibits excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Manages time effectively and consistently meets deadlines
  • Applies strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exhibits strong supervisory and leadership capabilities

Job Duties

  • Direct and oversee all Food and Beverage department operations to ensure outstanding service, quality, and consistency
  • Manage the Food and Beverage department budget, including financial controls, record keeping, and reporting
  • Oversee food, beverage, and bar inventory and purchasing
  • Market and manage event planning for the club, working with members to secure agreements and coordinating activities associated with non-golf events
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage Food and Beverage staff to ensure proper coverage for daily operations and events
  • Implement and enforce standards and procedures associated with Food and Beverage operations
  • Ensure Food and Beverage facilities and equipment are maintained in a safe, clean, and properly functioning condition
  • Maintain professional appearance standards and wear assigned uniforms
  • Adhere to all Dormie Network policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to promote an efficient, team-oriented, and service-driven operation
  • Demonstrate professionalism, warmth, and a consistent commitment to exceptional member and guest experiences
