Job Requirements
- Minimum of a diploma in hospitality or tourism management or relevant field
- minimum of two years or more progressive hotel experience in F&B management
- ability to speak a second language fluently considered an asset
- excellent proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
- refined verbal and written communication skills
- physically agile with ability to stand or walk for long periods
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- excellent problem solving skills
- well-groomed with professional appearance

Job Duties
- Adhering to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- ensuring all perishable items behind the bar are labeled, dated, rotated, and discarded to maintain quality control
- working as part of a team

- providing prompt, professional, friendly, and personalized service to guests

- performing opening side work and station setup
