Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Job Qualifications
- Read, write and speak English
- Prefer two to three years of fine dining experience
- Prefer two years banquet management experience
- Hold Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with public and employees
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Requires 8th grade math level
- Requires high school reasoning level
- Requires 12th grade language use level
- No employee should pose health or safety threat
Job Duties
- Assist department head in oversight of food and beverage activities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service
- Interview, train, supervise, coach, schedule and manage staff
- Maximize profits through effective marketing and service
- Ensure outstanding customer service experience
- Oversee banquet and fine dining operations
