Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Prefer two years banquet management experience
  • Hold Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and employees
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Requires 8th grade math level
  • Requires high school reasoning level
  • Requires 12th grade language use level
  • No employee should pose health or safety threat

Job Duties

  • Assist department head in oversight of food and beverage activities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service
  • Interview, train, supervise, coach, schedule and manage staff
  • Maximize profits through effective marketing and service
  • Ensure outstanding customer service experience
  • Oversee banquet and fine dining operations
