Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with computer software related to budgeting and forecasting
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and supervise the team and oversee outlet scheduling of food and beverage staff in accordance with business needs, productivity and service standards
  • Observe and assist with the supervision of food and beverage outlet operations and take needed action to ensure standards of product presentation and service are maintained
  • Work with the Executive Chef and develop menus and food and beverage marketing strategies
  • Work with the Executive Chef and implement new menus and promotions, such as holiday and special event promotions
  • Utilize computer equipment to analyze forecast, cost, and revenue reports and make decisions based on that information to maximize profits
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints and coordinate special arrangements and requests in food and beverage outlets
  • Assist outlet managers in coordinating services from support departments, such as maintaining physical and operational maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Conduct or attend meetings on food and beverage administration
  • Complete monthly inventory
  • Assure timely completion of function bills
  • Supervise weekly payroll input
  • Liaise on an ongoing basis with the Sales Department to ensure all client needs and requirements are met
