Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with computer software related to budgeting and forecasting
- Understanding of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and supervise the team and oversee outlet scheduling of food and beverage staff in accordance with business needs, productivity and service standards
- Observe and assist with the supervision of food and beverage outlet operations and take needed action to ensure standards of product presentation and service are maintained
- Work with the Executive Chef and develop menus and food and beverage marketing strategies
- Work with the Executive Chef and implement new menus and promotions, such as holiday and special event promotions
- Utilize computer equipment to analyze forecast, cost, and revenue reports and make decisions based on that information to maximize profits
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints and coordinate special arrangements and requests in food and beverage outlets
- Assist outlet managers in coordinating services from support departments, such as maintaining physical and operational maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Conduct or attend meetings on food and beverage administration
- Complete monthly inventory
- Assure timely completion of function bills
- Supervise weekly payroll input
- Liaise on an ongoing basis with the Sales Department to ensure all client needs and requirements are met
