Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- Experience managing both front of house and back of house operations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and OSHA guidelines

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to develop budgets and manage financial performance
- Proficiency with POS and inventory systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage contracts.

Job Duties
- Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies aligned with company mission and vision
- Develops and implements strategies to achieve F&B goals and supports property goals
- Monitors status regularly and adjusts strategies as appropriate
- Participates in budget development with other managers
- Participates in quarterly F&B marketing plan and strategy development
- Continuously improves F&B and adheres to company policies and standards
- Maximizes profitability and revenue by directing F&B operations
- Controls costs through forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and payroll management
- Audits and maintains food safety and handling standards
- Oversees monthly F&B inventory and maintains optimal stock levels
- Develops and implements menu offerings and pricing based on market trends
- Inspects cleanliness and maintenance of all F&B areas
- Ensures compliance with OSHA safety guidelines in all areas
- Reviews guest complaints and response management
- Supports catering sales goals through effective event execution and client communication
- Develops and implements team member engagement strategies
- Recruits and selects qualified candidates
- Provides orientation, training, and feedback to team members
- Provides coaching and counseling to meet performance objectives
- Works with warehouse, buyer, and vendors to maintain high food quality
- Establishes vendor relationships and assists with pricing negotiations
- Manages communication with guests, management, and team members
- Collaborates with marketing to support and execute advertising campaigns
- Reports on F&B revenue, costs, and KPIs regularly
- Supervises hourly and contract staff across FOH and BOH
- Implements training programs focused on service quality and product knowledge
- Manages staffing, scheduling, and payroll to budget
- Investigates and resolves guest complaints
- Maintains POS, liquor pour, procurement, and inventory systems
- Ensures health and sanitation standards are met
- Creates guest-driven operations and empowers team members
- Drives staff development and training
- Creates succession plans and mentors team members
- Leads by example and maintains visibility
- Performs additional duties as assigned by senior leadership.
