Job Qualifications
- read write and speak English
- two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
- two years banquet management experience preferred
- food beverage service worker permit where applicable
- ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
- previous supervisory management skills and experience
- 8th grade math level
- high school reasoning level
- 12th grade language use level
Job Duties
- assist department head in oversight of food and beverage departments
- ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- maintain high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing
- maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- interview train supervise coach schedule and manage staff
