Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
  • Two years banquet management experience preferred
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Supervisory or management experience
  • Meets minimum age requirement
  • Pass pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Read, write and speak English
  • Two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
  • Two years banquet management experience preferred
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and employees
  • Previous supervisory/management experience

Job Duties

  • Assist department head in oversight of food and beverage activities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing
  • Maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
  • Interview, train, supervise, coach, schedule and manage staff
